this was Gretel's first dance recital in a while. Even I, as her totally unbiased mother, was surprised at how good she has gotten! She really does light up when she dances. It is obvious this is her first love... to the chagrin of her sports lovin' dad. But he would never trade it now that he has seen her perform. What a fun night.... am i going on and on and on? too bad! It was magic and i had stars in my eyes! Prideful stars you may ask? Yes dad-gum-it, moms are allowed those once in a while!

This is Gretel's friend Emily Hall. They make up a new dance probably every time they get together and even get the little boys to wear leotards and be in it with them!
